Tax/import duties applying to the product are to be taken care of by the buyer, SPYDA take no responsibility for any due charges. Prices include VAT.

If your order cannot be delivered because you refuse delivery or provide an incorrect/incomplete address, in order to claim your package and have it shipped out to you, you are required to pay the "shipping error" fee of 20 EUR, to cover the cost of processing and reshipment.
